What Changed? If you work within the City of Chicago …
You may have heard that Chicago training requirements have recently been increased. The City of Chicago now requires three hours of training for supervisory and managerial personnel every year: two hours of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training; in addition, two hours of training are required for non-supervisory personnel: one hour of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training. Course students can stop/start as many times as necessary without losing their place or progress, and retest until they pass. Upon finishing the course, students can immediately download and print/email a certificate of completion.
