What is Chicago City Council Ordinance 2022-665?.

If you have workers licensed by the IDFPR (even if they are working in another state), you'll want to answer this question YES.

If your company is domiciled in Illinois and has out-of-state workers working in state(s) without a state-specific sexual harassment prevention training mandate, we recommend answering this question YES.  But this is not legal advice, so contact qualified legal counsel for your specific situation.
