The City of Chicago now requires three hours of training for supervisory and managerial personnel every year: two hours of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training; and two hours of training for non-supervisory personnel: one hour of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training.
