How Often Do I Need To Take Sexual Harassment Prevention Training?
This page details sexual harassment prevention training (SHPT) requirements for Illinois licensed professionals training themselves.
TL,DR: Every year.
Illinois has an annual sexual harassment prevention training requirement (SHPT) for every worker.Licensed professionals with a Continuing Education requirement who work in Illinois must take their SHPT with CE, from an accredited Continuing Education provider, in the calendar year their license renews.
In years the license doesn’t renew, the training without CE may be taken.
