Illinois has an annual sexual harassment prevention training requirement for every worker, but the laws have changed in the last year, so there are some new twists to be aware of.

If you work within the City of Chicago

You may have heard that those training requirements have recently been increased.   The City of Chicago now requires three hours of training for supervisory and managerial personnel every year:  two hours of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training; and two hours of training for non-supervisory personnel: one hour of sexual harassment prevention training and one hour of bystander intervention training.

Chicago Professionals whose licenses do NOT renew in 2023

This would relate to most of you who reach this page, because most Illinois licenses are good for either two or three years (depending on the profession and the specifics of the licensee).  For those trainees who don’t renew their licenses this calendar year, you may use a NON-CE Chicago course bundle for their training this year.  This saves a few dollars, and we can discount the course for returning customers as well.
